The Institute of Public and Business Administration (IPBA) is one of the oldest business schools outside of North America, having been founded in 1955. The renowned University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Finance supplied the initial technical help. Not long after, the Institute was furnished with several facilities by the University of Southern California, and many eminent American academics were appointed to the IBA. Renowned academics from these two universities provided help in the development of the course materials, curriculum, pedagogical resources, assessment procedures, and testing strategies. IBA has assiduously preserved the rigorous standards and scholarly customs that it received from Wharton and USC, making necessary modifications throughout time.

Eligibility Criteria:
Undergraduate:
- Candidates for the Bachelor of Science (CS), Economics, and Mathematics programs must have finished their.
- Pre-engineering Higher Secondary School Certificate with at least 60% of the possible points
OR - A’ Levels requiring at least 1 “B” and 2 “Cs” in each of the three major subjects (mathematics included), with no grade falling below a “C” in any of the three areas. For any subsidiary, general, or advanced supplementary paper, there is no credit available.
- A minimum of 60% on the Higher Secondary School Certificate (General Group with Mathematics).
