ILMA University, in collaboration with the Sindh College Education Department, has initiated a program offering 100 scholarships annually to students from government colleges. This significant development in educational advancement was marked during the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which witnessed the presence of Sindh Minister of Education, Syed Sardar Ali Shah.
Key officials including the Secretary of Sindh Education Endowment Fund Trust, Faqeer Muhammad Lakhoo, and the Secretary of School Education, Sadaf Anis Shaikh, attended the ceremony held at the College Education Secretariat.
The agreement underscores ILMA University’s commitment to providing exceptional education and supporting deserving students across various disciplines such as media studies, computer science, engineering, and BA and MA programs.
Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah commended the collaboration with the private sector and emphasized the importance of prioritizing students from remote areas for these scholarship opportunities.
He lauded ILMA University’s efforts and highlighted the benefits of public-private partnerships in higher education.
