UPDATION OF SENIORITY NO OF NOTIFIED SENIORITY LIST ON HRMIS PORTAL

As you are well aware of School Education Department has taken a lot of initiatives to facilitate the teacher community to all school
education staff.

  1. The seniority lists of each category of teacher have been placed
    on portal for the promotion and other financial benefit. Each authority i.e.
    Dy.DEO, DEO and CEO are directed to login through HRMIS portal and
    open the seniority list module. On the left side of screen the option of
    seniority management is available, the same may be clicked to update
    the seniority list of teachers working under the jurisdiction in respective
    authorities.( Dy.DEO, DEO and CEO)
  2. At present lists of all categories of teachers are placed in the
    system. The respective authorities are directed to enter the notified
    seniority No. of each teacher, so that it could be made available for all
    teachers.
  3. All respective authorities have been provided seniority
    management tab already available in their login. Copies of screen shots
    (stepwise) are attached for your convenience.
  4. After completion of above said process, the same will be opened in the filed for confirmation and verification by the teachers their seniority numbers data and this process may be completed within 7-days positively. The CEO will seel certificate regarding the subject from all concerned authorities and submit to this office within 7-days
